Who We Are
CYACC is a group of young adults who strive to learn about the Catholic faith and grow closer to Christ. We meet on Wednesdays and our events include Holy Hours, speaker nights, community & fellowship events, and service projects. If you are looking for a community that encourages your faith journey come to one of our events! We look forward to seeing you.
Mission Statement
To connect Catholic Young Adults in Chester County with Jesus Christ, His Church, her Mission throughout the world, and a Peer Community.
Purpose
To minister to Catholic Young Adults in their 20s and 30s under pastoral guidance given from the United States Conference of Bishops (USCCB) in the plan for ministry with Young Adults known as “Sons and Daughters of the Light”. This includes four major goals:
1. Connect Young Adults with Jesus Christ
2. Connect Young Adults with the Church
3. Connect Young Adults with the Mission of the Church in the World
4. Connect Young Adults with a Peer Community
CYACC Prayer
In this moment, we pray for young adults of the world, and those gathered here. Through this community, may we all continue to grow in relationship with Christ, in service of His Church, and in love with His children. We pray that we will see Him in all that is good, true, and beautiful, so as to take up His mission, and remain ever faithful. AMEN
